Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Poker Face Challenge app and this website, provided by Page One AI B.V., the Netherlands ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. The app
Poker Face Challenge is a free game. We may change, add or remove features, sounds or content at any time, and we don't promise the app will always be available or free of errors.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you.
3. Your videos
The videos you record belong to you. You are responsible for what you record and share. Only record people who have agreed to be recorded, and don't share videos of someone without their permission.
When you share a video, it includes the app's sound, visuals and watermark. You may share these videos on social media and elsewhere for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please keep the watermark in place.
4. Our content
The sounds, meter, visuals, name and the rest of the app belong to us or our licensors. Apart from sharing your videos as described above, you may not copy, extract, resell or redistribute the app's sounds or other content.
5. Fair use
Don't reverse engineer the app, interfere with how it works, or use it to break the law or harass anyone. We may block access if you do.
6. Ads
The app shows ads, including ads for our own apps. Ads from third parties are their responsibility, not ours. How ads use data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. No guarantees
The meter is a game, not a measurement of anything real. It reacts to how your face appears to the camera, and lighting, glasses or camera angle can affect it. The app is provided "as is".
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for damage caused by videos you record or share. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
9. App stores
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or for support, and are third-party beneficiaries of these terms as far as their terms require.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app. Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country.
